At Upishopy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
By placing an order with Upishopy, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Because we operate with international fulfillment partners, return shipping may need to be sent to our designated international return facility. The correct return address will be provided after approval.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- Your order number
If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene items (for health and safety reasons)
- Items returned in used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged condition not caused by us
Exchanges
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may request a return after delivery and place a new order for the desired item.
International Orders
For international returns, shipping times and costs may vary depending on location.
In certain cases, alternative solutions such as replacement, partial refund, or store credit may be offered to ensure a fair and efficient resolution.
