Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Products are shipped from our international fulfillment warehouse located in China.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 9 - 14 business days from the shipment date.

In certain circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of $3.95 USD applies to orders under $50 USD.

Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs & Import Duties

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24 - 48 hours to become active.

Customers may use the tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress.
